Case 31: Smile Design

This patient had a gap at the front and felt her Upper Left front tooth had moved down, twisted, and was pushing on the tooth next door. She felt the gap was much bigger than it used to be. She did not want dentures. Her goal was to have a nice smile. She had Zoom whitening, and porcelain laminate restorations on her 4 front teeth.
