Case 28: Smile Design

This patient had always been self conscious of her smile, and shyed away from cameras and photos beng taken. When she started to talk about her smile she became upset. She had often had comments made about her teeth. She had an old crown, and she disliked the shape, size, colour and position of her teeth. She had 10 porcelain laminate restorations.
