Case 25: Smile Design

This patient had had a front tooth extracted and a bridge placed in the space. She felt that it stuck out more than the rest of the teeth at the upper right side of her mouth. She was interested in replacing her silver fillings with white ones, as you can see them. She also wanted whiter teeth. She had Zoom whitening, all amalgam fillings replaced with tooth coloured restorations and porcelain laminate restorations on her 4 upper front teeth.
